Many Hollywood celebrities use one. Even elite athletes. But should you use a personal trainer?
Perhaps. Personal trainers can help anyone, regardless of physical condition or age. The first thing to do is decide what your goals are. Do you want to bulk up? Do you want to simply add some definition? Or do you just want to get in shape? Are you recovering from an injury and need to exercise? Do you want to improve your athletic performance?
A personal trainer can help with all that and more. This person is a coach, role model, educator and cheerleader who will customize a program to fit your needs, budget and schedule. Some people may want to use a trainer several times a week. Others may just want an occasional check-in with a trainer to get feedback. It's all up to you.
We insist you stay where you are and let us come to you! if you have a bad day we want you to end your day with a great workout! If you wake up feeling down, we want to start your day with a great work out so you can have a great day!

Emma
Emma first discovered a passion for fitness at the age of 23 when she moved to Australia, hired a personal trainer and lost 23kg!! This inspired her to make fitness her career so that she could help other people in changing their lives for the better. Originally focusing on weight training, cycling and running, Emma also became interested in boxing 4 years ago and now studies Muay Thai. Emma incorporates boxing drills and technique into her personal training sessions, together with resistance training (body weight, free weight or machines) and cardio circuits. Her sessions are always fun and interactive. Emma is outgoing and friendly, a bit of an adventurer and will try anything once! She loves to inspire and encourage confidence in her clients and can help you unleash your inner warrior!!

Tukkae has always loved and enjoyed exercise and fitness. From a young age as an athlete this inspired her to pursue a career in the fitness and wellness industry. She is not only a Personal Trainer but also has a diploma in Physical Therapy. She has an internationally recognized Personal Training certificate with ACE and years of experience as both a trainer and therapist in fitness and wellness clubs. She also practices what she preaches and enjoys Pilates in her spare time and has taught group and individual Pilates classes. Tukkae enjoys meeting different people form different backgrounds and finds it rewarding helping them reach their goal.
