Sandy Remiens:
Personal Trainer/Manager
Sandy Remiens was part of one of the original personal training teams at Les Mills World of Fitness, Auckland. She is the former NZ ISKA Super Bantamweight Champion under the name Sandy ‘The Storm' Tongalahi and has been trained by world champion kickboxers, Jojo ‘Tiger' Ancajas and Eddy ‘The Heat' Tongalahi.
Sandy has competed not only in New Zealand and overseas in Muay Thai, but also has competed in national Karate competitions She also has trained in Thailand with champion Muay Thai fighters at the Phuket Muay Thai camp under head trainer Chun Lana, Muay Thai. She has also represented New Zealand in Muay Thai competitions overseas and has been in the fitness industry for over ten years.
Sandy’s motto is: “You only ever fail if you never try.” After overcoming a major back injury herself, she knows what it is like to have to climb the mountain again. As a specialist personal trainer, she is focused on ensuring you achieve results – maximising your enjoyment and experience of life.
Sandy believes that fitness is an integral part of health and knows that when the body is properly tuned, it is capable of achieving so much more than most of us realize.

Jed Hardiman
Jed is a young and very motivated trainer. Australian born coming from a very sport orientated background, fitness has always been a big part of his life. Jed has been working with weights for over 5 years and creates great conditioning programs combining all aspects of weight training into an explosive and rewarding session. Boxing from a young age Jed also enjoys incorporating box fit techniques into his workout to maximize cardio conditioning, and keep things fun.
Jed has a positive "never say never" attitude and prides himself on helping his clients to reach their goals, through a rewarding and enjoyable fitness regime. The fact that he loves his job really helps, and this reflects on his clients and the quality of their workout sessions with him.

Maria Schaller
Maria has previously worked as a P.E. teacher and fitness instructor in Switzerland and loves to do all different kinds of sports. She is highly experienced in group exercise instruction, and has run many programs for children and youth fitness. Maria is positive and energetic and her lively personality makes her ideal for training people of all ages!! She’s excited about how an active lifestyle doesn’t only change the way you look but also how you feel.
4 years ago she discovered her real passion: Breakdance! “It’s definitely the most intense way of exercising your body that I know of. It’s a dance with no end, there’s no limit for your imagination. It’s art.” It doesn’t matter whether you’re interested in group fitness or one-on-one training, Maria’s creative workouts will be exciting and help you to reach your goals.
Maria speaks English, German, Thai and Swedish.

Bhatarpong Kortpath (Peh) has been in the
fitness industry for many years. His specialty
is sports specific training and kickboxing. He
